Rihanna Now Has a Street Named After Her in Barbados

Maya Carr December 1, 2017

As if we haven’t been inspired by BGR! ROCK STAR honoree Rihanna enough this year, she will now have the street on which she grew up named after her.
From becoming the first artist to have five No. 1s on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart, speaking out against the injustices towards Cyntoia Brown, to Fenty Beauty being valued at $72 million after one month, RiRi is now being recognized by her very own hometown.
On November 30, 2017 Rihanna joined Prime Minister Freundel Stuart for a two-hour ceremony that included the unveiling of Rihanna Drive.
